Once home to a former Rockette, this Upper East Side apartment hadn't been touched in nearly three decades. We led the transformation — reimagining the layout, refining every detail and breathing new life into the space, all on an accelerated four-month construction timeline.

The goal was to maximize functionality without compromising style. We reconfigured the footprint to gain storage and light, then let the prewar character lead the finishes.
